What is possible with the image upload?

Using the upload function, you can upload your own image files for your items. Instead of entering only text, you design your product directly with your motif (e.g. photo, graphic, pattern or logo).


Typical use cases:

  • Personalized textiles (e.g. T-shirts, hoodies, caps) with your own image or logo
  • Individually designed promotional items (e.g. mugs, bags, mousepads) with a motif or pattern
  • Products for special occasions (e.g. events, teams, anniversaries) with a matching image design


Basic principle of image personalization

  • Each item can be personalized with one or more images – depending on the product configuration.
  • You upload the image file(s) per item that should be used for printing.
  • Make sure your motifs have the correct size, the correct format and sufficient resolution:
    • File formats: .png, .jpg, .eps, .pdf and .csv

Avoid blurry, pixelated or heavily compressed images.
Make sure you own the usage rights to the uploaded images (e.g. for logos, brands, images of people).
Follow all technical requirements specified on the product page (format, size, color space, etc.).


Important: Only upload image files in the specified format and within the maximum file size.
